Shipping and Store Policies
All shipments are executed through FEDEX and are a flat rate depending on the quantity and value of each board.
Every shipment comes with insurance and requires a signature at the time of delivery unless otherwise requested by the customer. If you have questions pertaining to shipping please send us an e-mail. We cannot issue a refund for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customer. If the item is returned, the customer will be responsible for any additional expense to ship to the correct address.
Standard Shipping: approx. 3-4 weeks
Expedited Shipping: Please contact us directly for expedited requests by emailing Ginny@EricksonSurfaces.com
International Shipping: Please contact us prior to your purchase so that we can provide you with an accurate quote on international shipping. We ship worldwide. If you can accept a package, we can deliver it! Most Canadian territories are already set up in our system.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska: Please contact us prior to purchasing for a shipping quote to Hawaii and Alaska.
Custom Requests and Expedited Shipping
We would like to partner with you to create the perfect custom surface for your project. Please complete the Custom Surface Consultation Request. Within 1-3 business days Ginny will be in contact with you to discuss how we can design a gorgeous surface for your needs. In addition, if you need your surface ASAP, please contact us directly so that we can provide an expedited build/ship quote.
Please inform us by e-mail within 48 hours after delivery if your product(s) sustained damage during shipment or if there is a problem with the product that is delivered. We require photos of all damaged goods requesting a refund or replacement. If you cannot provide photos of damage, we will not issue a refund or replacement.
We do not refund or replace surfaces for reasons other than damage during shipping or an error on our end.
