Refund policy

Refunds will be considered if we made a mistake or your product arrives damaged. We require 48 hour notice of damage after delivery.

We require photos of all damaged goods if you are requesting a refund or replacement. If you cannot provide photos of damage, we will not refund your order.

No refunds on items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by buyer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges.

All refunds/returns must be shipped back with a shipping label with a tracking number to protect both the seller and buer. We do not guarantee refunds or returns sent back by marking "Return to Sender" on the box.
